Realhom, separated from Hubei Provincial Property Appraisal Center founded in 1993, is an intermediary engaged in the appraisal and consultation on land, real estate, asset, geology & mining; and in the surveying & mapping, planning and scientific research related to land and resources. Its practising qualification and business scope include, national practising certificate in land appraisal, class A certificate in land planning, land consolidation, planning & design, land registration agent, land planning & pre-examination agent, class 1 certificate in real estate appraisal, real estate agent, national practising certificate in asset appraisal, class A certificate in price appraisal, judicial expertise, class B certificate in surveying & mapping, database establishing, national practising certificate in mining right appraisal, class B certificate in risk appraisal of geological disaster, investigation on geological disaster prevention, investigation & evaluation on covered mineral resources, geological survey on the reserves of mineral resources, environmental impact assessment for mine geology, environmental impact assessment for construction and etc. 29 registered trademarks of ¡°Realhom¡±, such as real estate appraisal and etc., have been register at State Trademark Bureau. The company has passed the certification of ISO9001£º2000 Quality Management System. The members include Hubei Realhom Appraisal & Consulting Co., Ltd., Hubei Realhom Real Estate Appraisal & Consulting Co., Ltd., Hubei Realhom Asset Appraisal & Consulting Co., Ltd. and Hubei Realhom Geology and Mineral Appraisal & Consulting Co., Ltd. The Corp has 11 business and service departments. Business departments include Appraisal & Consulting Department, Research Department, Real Estate Appraisal Department, Asset Appraisal Department, Geological Operation Department, Mining Evaluation & Consultancy Department, Environmental Impact Evaluation Department and Individual Appraisal Department. Service departments include Technology & Market Research Department, Finance & Audit Department, Comprehensive Management & Human Resources Department. In addition, the company has set 10 branches in Huanggang, Huangshi, Yichang, Xiangfan, Shiyan, Xiaogan, Ezhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou and Xianning. Realhom is staffed with more than 200 persons, and most of them have bachelor degree and above in real estate management, land management, surveying & mapping, engineering geology, construction management and etc. It has more than 200 certified land appraisers, certified real estate appraisers, certified accountants, cost engineers, price appraisers, mining right appraisers, geological engineers, mining engineers, measure engineers and real estate agents. Among them, 2 obtain the qualification of Hongkong Estate Surveyor and U.S. Appraisal Member respectively; 2 obtain the qualification of MRICS; 1 is selected as CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee Member; and 1 is the senior fellow of Land Appraiser Association of China in the first batch. 15 provincial experts and staff with senior professional title, more than 20 staff with intermediate professional title, 3 doctors and more than 20 masters create a technical team with strong power. The service boundary of Realhom covers more than 20 provinces(cities or districts), such as Hubei, Hunan, Xinjiang, Tibet and etc. Our achievements include listing, restructuring , reform, appraisal, planning & disposal of debt-to-equity swap for more than 100 large enterprises; updating of land classification and standard land price in more than 30 cities (counties), including Wuhan, Yichang and etc.; dynamic monitoring of land price in Yichang, Xiangfan and etc.; appraisal on intensive use of land in Yichang, Jiangling and etc.; real estate appraisal for U.S. DB Zwirn Investment Company and Wuhan Minsheng Bank Building; judicial expertise entrusted by high courts, intermediate courts and courts at basic level; appraisal of mortgage, auction and disposal, entrusted by top four asset management Corps of China, i.e., Cinda, Huarong, Orient and Great-Wall, and Citibank, Shanghai Branch of KBC Bank N.V, China Agricultural Bank and ICBC; and investigation & appraisal of geological disaster, environmental impact assessment for construction, appraisal & planning of demolished real estate, appraisal of land purchase & reserve, land consolidation & planning, real estate consultation agent and surveying & mapping of real estate and land. The area of real estate and land appraised and consulted by us covers more than 64 million square meters , and they valued at more than 220 billion Yuan. With advantageous resources, the company has been focusing on supporting and encouraging staff to participate in various scientific researches, which has made achievements. The staffs have released more than 50 papers on China Real Estate, China Land Science, China Land, State-Owned Asset Management, Price Theory and Practice and other publications. These papers have been awarded ministerial & provincial prize of Scientific and Technological Progress, prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement, and prize of Excellent Paper, and many of them have been selected as important theory document and academic achievement by Year Book of China Land and China Land Price. The staff have undertaken the subjects of the Ministry of Land & Resources, including Research on Appraisal Method for Allocated Land Use Right, Ration of Land Development and Consolidation and Test for Ration of Land Development and Consolidation; they have successfully completed the investigation & analysis of real estate market, entrusted by Hong Kong and China Gas Co. Ltd., Hong Kong Henderson Land and Wuhan Municipal Land Exchange Center; Pan Shibing, the president, has written Research on Ownership of State-Owned Land in Chinese Cities. In addition, in 2007, Realhom hosted and undertook the subjects of Land Appraiser Association of China, including Research on Legal Person Control and Inner Risk Management in Appraisal Agency, Research on Appraisal Technology for Price of Land with Defect; it has also participated in the subject of Research on Compilation of Guidance for Allocated Land Appraisal, which has further demonstrate our brand image and improved our status in industry.
