Realhom is staffed with more than 200 persons, and most of them have bachelor degree and above in real estate management, land management, surveying & mapping, engineering geology, construction management and etc. It has more than 200 certified land appraisers, certified real estate appraisers, certified accountants, cost engineers, price appraisers, mining right appraisers, geological engineers, mining engineers, measure engineers and real estate agents. Among them, 2 obtain the qualification of Hongkong Estate Surveyor and U.S. Appraisal Member respectively; 2 obtain the qualification of MRICS; 1 is selected as CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee Member; and 1 is the senior fellow of Land Appraiser Association of China in the first batch. 15 provincial experts and staff with senior professional title, more than 20 staff with intermediate professional title, 3 doctors and more than 20 masters create a technical team with strong power.
    Fang Guocheng, the chairman of the board, was graduated from Wuhan Surveying & Mapping Institute. He served as a cadre in Surveying & Mapping Bureau of Hubei Province, a head of the section in Agriculture Department of Hubei Province, the vice director of Land Administration Office of Hubei Province, the deputy manager of Hubei Property Company, and the director of Hubei Provincial Property Appraisal Center. He is a senior engineer, an expert of Hubei Province, a land appraiser, a land registration agent, and a host for land auction. He has been awarded 1st prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Hubei Province, and 1st prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement by State Land Administration. He has been awarded the land appraiser of “hard-working in ten years, excellent in practice” by Land Appraiser Association of China, and selected as a senior fellow of Land Appraiser Association of China in the first batch. Currently, Fang Guocheng is the executive director of Land Appraiser Association of China, the first chairman of Land Appraiser Association of Hubei Province, the executive director of Surveying & Mapping Industry Association of Hubei Province, and the executive director of Antarctic and Arctic Scientific Expedition Association of Hubei.
    Pan Shibing, the president, is a doctor of business administration, a professor-level senior engineer, and the member of CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee and Committee for Social and Legal Affairs. He is also a land appraiser, real estate appraiser, price appraiser, real estate agent, land registration agent, judicial identifier, host for land auction, Royer Chartered Surveyor, Hongkong Estate Surveyor and U.S. Appraisal Member. He has released 50 papers, which have been awarded ministerial & provincial prize of Scientific and Technological Progress, prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement, and prize of Excellent Paper. He has won the 2nd prize of 2nd China Youth Science & Technology in Land, “national excellent real estate appraiser” and the title of “hard-working in ten years, excellent in practice”. His part-time jobs include, the professor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, the vice chairman of Real Estate Industry Association of Hubei Province, the vice chairman of Real Estate Appraiser Association of Wuhan City, the supervisor of Work and Behavior Style Constriction of Hubei Province, the director of China Real Estate Appraiser and Agent Association, the executive director of Land Association of Hubei Province, the vice secretary-general of Real Estate Appraiser Association of Hubei Province and the director of technology judgment committee, the director of Real Estate Relocation Committee of Hubei Province, the executive director of Judicial Expertise Association of Hubei Province and the director of land & real estate appraisal committee, and the arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Committee.
    Jin Jianhui, the vice president, was graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University. He is a senior engineer, a land appraiser, a land registration agent and a judicial identifier. He has been awarded provincial & ministerial 3rd prize of Scientific and Technological Progress for once, 1st prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement for twice, and 2nd prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement for three times. In 2004, he was awarded the land appraiser of “hard-working in ten years, excellent in practice” by Land Appraiser Association of China. Currently, Jin Jianhui is the executive director of Land Appraiser Association of Hubei Province and the vice director of training committee.
