1.Complete appraisal qualifications
　Our practising qualification and business scope include, national practising certificate in land appraisal, class A certificate in land planning, land consolidation, planning & design, land registration agent, land planning & pre-examination agent, class 1 certificate in real estate appraisal, real estate agent, national practising certificate in asset appraisal, class A certificate in price appraisal, judicial expertise, class B certificate in surveying & mapping, database establishing, national practising certificate in mining right appraisal, class B certificate in risk appraisal of geological disaster, investigation on geological disaster prevention, investigation & evaluation on covered mineral resources, geological survey on the reserves of mineral resources, environmental impact assessment for mine geology, environmental impact assessment for construction and etc. 29 classes of registered trademarks of “Realhom”, such as real estate appraisal and etc., have been registered at State Trademark Bureau. The company has passed the certification of ISO9001：2000 Quality Management System.

 

2.Strong technical power
　Realhom is staffed with 200 persons, and most of them have bachelor degree and above in real estate management, land management, surveying & mapping, engineering geology, construction management and etc. It has more than 200 certified land appraisers, certified real estate appraisers, certified accountants, cost engineers, price appraisers, mining right appraisers, geological engineers, mining engineers, measure engineers and real estate agents. Among them, 2 obtain the qualification of Hongkong Estate Surveyor and U.S. Appraisal Member respectively; 2 obtain the qualification of MRICS; 1 is selected as CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee Member; and 1 is the senior fellow of Land Appraiser Association of China in the first batch. 18 provincial experts and staff with senior professional title, more than 20 staff with intermediate professional title, 2 doctors and more than 10 masters create a technical team with strong power.

　The company has established strict audit system of three levels(audit by Business Department, Technology & Quality Department and Appraisal Committee). In the appraisal, it focuses on the flow management, appraisal management and risk control management, in order to guarantee the appraisal quality and prevent risk. All data of the company, including the documents about working facilities & environment, documents about control of appraisal process, and documents about customer’s opinions, is prepared and well kept in line with requirements of ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

　The company has been awarded by administrative departments and relevant associations the “successful agency from 1994 to 2004”, “excellent agency in industry”, “advanced unit in industry”, “trustworthy real estate intermediary”, “trustworthy model enterprise”, “class 1 trustworthy agency of land appraisal”, “land appraisal agency with class A credit”. Saiboneng of Realhom has been awarded “national class A agency of land planning”. Realhom has won the title of “trustworthy real estate intermediary” for consecutive 5 times. Through the efforts for many years, Realhom has been developed into a large appraisal agency with complete qualifications in Hubei Province. Currently, it is the executive director of Land Appraiser Association of China, the director of Real Estate Appraiser and Agent Association of China, the director of Mining Right Appraiser Association of China, the vice chairman of Real Estate Industry Association of Hubei Province, the first vice chairman of Land Appraiser Association of Hubei Province, the executive director of Surveying & Mapping Industry Association of Hubei Province, the executive director of Judicial Expertise Association of Hubei Province, the executive director of Land Association of Hubei Province, and the vice chairman of Real Estate Appraiser Association of Wuhan City. Realhom occupies a higher social position in the industry, and it is also recognized by the society.
